Ingredients
Ingredients
Beef Bouillon (Better than bouillon) - 1 tsp
Sesame oil - little more than a drizzle, 4 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Shiitake - sliced
Leek - 1 stalk, sliced
Cold firm or soft tofu
Substitute: rice
Optional Protein: marinated hard boiled eggs, salmon, ground chicken, or ground beef
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the shiitake and leeks.
Step 2
In a pan, heat 2 tsp of vegetable oil and saute the shiitake and leeks until they become soft.
Step 3
Add another 2 tsp of sesame oil, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, and 1 tsp of beef bouillon paste. Mix until all combined and coated.
Step 4
Serve over sliced cold tofu or a bowl of rice.
Optional: If you want to add protein, consider adding salmon, ground chicken, or ground beef sauteed in the same mixture. Cook the protein first, add the sesame oil, soy sauce, and bouillon, and then add in the veggies. I personally like to add marinated hard boiled eggs instead!
