Ingredients
1 Filet - Sashimi Grade Yellowtail (Buri or Hamachi - Japanese Amberhack)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
½ tbsp Salt
I used ‘Achiote Salt’, which has a peppery flavor
Light drizzle of Olive Oil
Togarashi ‘Shichimi’ for garnish
½ Peach
Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice the yellowtail and place in a bowl.
Step 2
Add lemon juice (1tbsp), salt (½ tbsp) and a drizzle of olive oil into the bowl. Mix.
Step 3
Set the bowl in the fridge while preparing the peach.
Step 4
Remove the skin of the peach and thinly slice half of the peach.
Step 5
Plate the yellowtail and peach. Top with togarashi to your liking.
